Adèle Samson Centre and Cec Woods Centre
The Adèle Samson Centre and the Cec Woods Centre deliver services based on client needs as identified through an annual Individual Support Plan.
The goals are to provide the opportunities for individuals to experience, learn and maintain life skills, socialization, leisure, recreation, physio/occupational activities and community integration/inclusion engagement.
These Day Centers also include a vocational component in peer assistance, maintenance program and community volunteerism.

Martin Asselin Centre
The Martin Asselin Centre is a francophone day program that serves individuals with high/complex care needs. This one of a kind service delivery is also operated with the same goals of all SDS Community Participation Programs.
All individuals served receive a mandatory annualized Individual Support Plan.

Jarrett Choices Hub - Notre Dame
The Jarrett WISE Thrift Shoppe is a Work Integrated Social Enterprise that recycles community donations in a processing and retail setting. The proceeds assist us in offering training and employment opportunities for the developmentally disabled.
