Sudbury Developmental Services (SDS) is seeking a full-time Program Manager to join our team.
The Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-directed supports and services. This includes leading teams, fostering inclusive organizational culture, ensuring compliance with legislation (QAM, SIPDDA, AODA, OHSA, PHIPA/FIPPA, Human Rights Code), and strengthening partnerships within the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in service planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Oversee program budgets, individual financial accounts, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field (Developmental Services, Social Work, Psychology).
- Minimum 3 years progressive leadership in social/developmental services and 5 years field experience.
- Knowledge of MCCSS QAM, SIPDDA, AODA, OHSA, Human Rights Code, PHIPA/FIPPA.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with succession planning, workforce development, and change management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
