The Sudbury Developmental Services Board of Directors delivers for Sudbury Developmental Services as a Transfer Payment Agency, Supports and Services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The Board of Directors observes and implements the QAM Regulation 299/10 and Legislative Acts. Accountability and oversight occurs via monthly meetings or upon the call of the President or the Executive Director.
